The J. C. Watson Company is a fourth generation produce company established in southwestern Idaho in 1912. The  Produce Reporter Company denotes TRADING MEMBER status since 1929, which makes the J.C. Watson Company one of the  longest-established TRADING MEMBERS  in the produce industry, and the only onion shipper in the 75 –year- plus category.  Major production, packing, and marketing of sweet Spanish onions, early russet potatoes, and several varieties of apples have been the Company’s main endeavors for over ninety years.
